I founded Mastery Growth Solutions around a simple truth: much of what keeps us stuck was never ours to carry.
My work combines a clinical background in trauma-informed care with lived experience navigating inherited family patterns. Through counseling and strategy sessions, workshops, and resources, I help individuals, couples, families, and communities discover their patterns, heal in community, and understand their stories—and begin choosing something different.
